Cutting Edge Technology: The boardroom facility has a fixed 86" (2.1 m) interactive screen with excellent definition and sound. Connection cables allow the presenter's laptop screen to be “live” on the interactive screen. Zoom/Teams is pre-loaded and any other apps needed can be directly downloaded from the web. The interactive screen is easy to use and present from, using either a laptop or directly from a mobile phone. Seamlessly move between laptop presentation to interactive whiteboard where the information can be saved to folders and distributed to delegates. Information saved can be deleted with a click - more secure than using flip charts! The room has charging ports for laptops and phones and is airconditioned with reverse cycle heating. Wi-Fi facilities are free.
